Custom proposal
No packaged tiers. A store on Shopify Plus with one processor and a headless build with three regional acquirers do not need the same engagement. We scope to your stack, your volume, and your risk profile, and we show you what each part costs.
Onboarding & migration
We take over management in stages, with your existing setup running until each piece is verified. Where a migration is genuinely worth it, it's scheduled around your promotional calendar with a documented rollback path.
Ongoing partnership
Continuous monitoring across both layers, a named point of contact, defined response times, and a recurring review covering uptime, performance, approval rate, fees, and disputes.
